Surge Employment Solutions is a workforce development and staffing company that serves formerly incarcerated people. The company was born out of a vision to reshape public perception of returning citizens in the workforce.

We aim to realize this vision by sourcing, training, and placing returning citizens in rewarding, high-paying trade. have established a unique workforce development pipeline for formerly incarcerated people by partnering with both community organizations that work with reentering populations and client companies seeking qualified candidates. Surge Employment Solutions is currently accepting donations for education scholarships for our cohort. Our education program is approximately $2,500 for positions that pay $60,000+/year with full benefits. Surge Employment Solutions never asks or receives or asks for payment from formerly incarcerated people.
